Per-Aksel Holving is Partner & Country Director DAMSON Group (Norway). Per is a senior strategy management consultant and a leading expert in strategy management & execution, balanced scorecard and performance management processes & systems. His clients includes large private and public organizations in Scandinavia. His clients come from industries such as transportation, telecom, aviation, pharmaceutical, tax authority, energy, utilities and defense.

Per-Aksel is partner at Stratecute Group in Norway. Per-Aksel's main consulting fields are strategy process, strategic performance and risk management as well as Blue Ocean Strategy. He is an executive advisor at CEO level and facilitator of strategy and execution processes. Per is also lecturing in performance management at Master classes as Assistant Professor at School of Economics and Business, Norwegian University of Life Sciences. He is a co-author of a couple of management books in the same field.

Earlier, Per-Aksel work for many years as senior consultant and senior director at EY and Capgemini Consulting (Invent). He was graduated from Copenhagen Business School as B.Sc. and Master of Science in Economics & Business Administration.
