ANDA HAJDINJAK

 

 

Anda Hajdinjak is Executive Partner for Lean Management for DAMSON Group. Anda is also Vice President of Product Innovation & EMEA Operations Manager at Octonius, and has been Head of Innovation Hub at E.ON Romania.

 

Her expertise are in Product Development, Operational Excellence (Lean), CX/EX/UX, Agile Way of Working, and Change Management. She has more than 10 years of experience in Business and Product Development with a special focus on the Energy Industry. She successfully led, developed and implemented completely new product and service lines. Over the years she has focused on Change Management, Lean Management in Operations and Leadership functions. Anda successfully implemented Agile in Product development, management and in Information Technology. She is an evangelist of Customer Experience, including Design Thinking.

Anda's major achievements include Development of new business models in the Romanian Energy world and their successful scale-up, Implementation of Operational Excellence throughout a >5000 employee organization, Agile Transformation, Customer Experience initiatives, Cultural Transformation Programs, Development and Implementation of a value-driven Program Management Office, and Development of a digital only energy sales company in a scaled agile environment.

 

Anda did her Masters in Accounting & Financial Management from George Bacovia University of Bacau, and is also Green Belt Six Sigma Certified and Certified Professional Scrum Product Owner.
