He is Partner and Senior Manager at the Stratecute Group and a Kaplan & Norton Certified consultant in Balanced Scorecard and Execution Premium. He has 20 years of experience as a business and management consultant and is specialized in the areas of strategy and business development, strategy implementation, and change management,. He also have extensive experience of information modeling, process mapping, process optimization, and organizational development linked to the development and implementation of central business system. In addition to Sweden, Jan has been active in China and other parts of Asia for several years where he worked with organizations with extensive international operations.
