PARTICIPATION IN BLUE OCEAN STRATEGY FORMULATION PROCESS


DAMSON BOS consultant will lead the project on client premises. He/she will be available for Whatsapp and e-mail support throughout the course of the project. Project Director and Project Manager will be assigned to project by Damson Group. Optional staff from Damson can be a Project Assistant and Subject-Matter Expert.


To ensure success of blue ocean strategy formulation project, it is suggested that a minimum of 6-10 senior managers be assigned to the strategy formulation project. Optimum number of participants in these workshops is around 20 and they should represent a good mix of functions including strategy, general management, product development, R&D, finance, marketing, sales, customer service and legal etc.


One individual must be assigned as the BOS Project Head to oversee the overall progress of the project and to ensure appropriate completion of field work. The project updates will be presented to client CEO or designated directors on a fixed frequency basis (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).

PROJECT MATERIALS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All project materials, workbooks and templates for field exercises will be provided by Damson Group in electronic form. These materials will be printed and reproduced locally for use at the workshops and for fieldwork.

NON-DISCLOSURE and IPR AGREEMENTS


A non-disclosure agreement may be signed as part of the services agreement to protect the client's confidential strategic information provided to the consultant.
The materials provided by Damson Group for use at the workshops will strictly be used only for the purpose. Intellectual Property rights of all such materials provided by DAMSON will remain with us. The client will hold the right to all new information / materials produced during the course of the consulting engagement.
