Gustaf Josefson is Advisor (Organizational Performance) with DAMSON Group. He is a senior management consultant who has come to focus on public and political organizations in an effort to augment performance. Gustaf's background as a naval officer and degree in economics have provided him with tools to analyze organizational performance from both leadership and statistical point of views.

Gustaf is a Kaplan & Norton certified graduate with expertise in Balanced Scorecards and Execution premium methodology along with a proficiency in Blue Ocean Strategy and Shift. He has also completed strategy related courses at INSEAD.

Alongside his work as a management consultant in strategy execution, he is chairman of the board at Sahlgrenska University Hospital in Gothenburg. This position provides valuable insights into the difficulties experienced in organizations' day-to-day struggles with strategy and daily operations.
