Charlotte Bhiladvala is Advisor (Balanced Scorecard) with DAMSON Group. She is a Senior Balanced Scorecard consultant and partner in Stratecute Group. Charlotte is internationally recognized for her achievements in strategy execution, and she has been awarded by the originators of the Balanced Scorecard concept Drs. Kaplan & Norton with the prestigious "Balanced Scorecard Hall of Fame award".

Charlotte has more than 20 years of experience in global strategy execution and business development with a background as CEO, board member in Sweden and the UK, director of marketing, business and strategy development and an experienced senior consultant. Her background also includes several positions within finance.

Today she helps organizations to excel in strategy execution or as an interim director in C-Suite positions. She uses her strong leadership skills and her ability to drive change to develop strategy focused organizations with people and culture in the centre.
