MR. I.K. LODHI is Chairman Executive Board of Partnerships and Fellows at DAMSON Group. Mr. Lodhi is highly driven UK trained and qualified financial & management expert with over 40 years of cross-continental experience throughout the value chain he has assembled, transformed and led multi-cultural and multi-skilled corporate rehabilitation teams to deliver on strategic projects. Has successfully overseen business ventures restructuring, rehabilitation and Merger & Acquisitions in UK, USA, Iraq and Pakistan.

 

Mr. Lodhi has been involved in managing large industrial assets across their lifecycle and managing the internal control and financial systems of large banks. Is also well-versed with analyzing business activities and creating new opportunities for improving financial performance of banking and industrial sector. His core strength lies in seamlessly integrating all ends of the large process manufacturing industries and financial institutions to deliver on key objectives of growth and generating long-term value.
 

In his inspiring career Mr. Lodhi has served as CEO and CFO of Pakistan Steel Mills, one of largest industrial facilities in Pakistan. He has also been SEVP & CFO at Zarai Taraqiati Bank, CFO, Chief Internal Auditor & SVP at Pakistan Industrial Credit & Investment Corporation (PICIC), CEO of PICIC Modarabba, CFO & Company Secretary at IKB International PLC, Group Executive Director & Advisor to the Chairman at Yousuf Dewan Group of Companies, Executive Director at Juniper Advisors, Consultant to Green Energy, Honorary Consultant Trade & Investment at Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), and Advisor to Honorary Consul General of Latvia.
 

Other than his qualifications and training in Chartered Accountancy from Chantrey Vellacott DFK (London) and MBA, Mr. Lodhi graduated with number of prestigious qualifications including Business Strategies for Social Impact from The Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania), Global Trends for Business and Society from The Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania), and Strategic Innovation: Building and Sustaining Innovative Organizations from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
